STEPS TO OBTAIN THE BADGE:
- You must PRE-REGISTER only through the online form available below.
- * The online pre-registration will be available until february 25st, 2025 with the purpose of validating the information and getting an acceptance notice.
- You can only request your accreditation in the set dates, it will not be possible to request it after the deadline.
- Please fill out all the requested fields clearly, correctly and truthfully, attaching the requested documents (Media accreditation letter and media identification card).
- The registered information and requested documentation will be reviewed with the purpose of approving your pre-registration. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive your PRESS badge (PDF file) in your e-mail.
- ** To speed up your access to the event, we recommend you print the badge using the sent PDF, following the steps described there.
- With the objective of accessing the event, it will be absolutely necessary to show your printed badge. Upon arrival through the South Access, you can claim a plastic cover that will be at your disposal in the Registration Area, in order to place your badge inside and have it visible at all times.
Important:
- The badges are personal and non-transferable, and must be worn permanently during the days of the event.
- The access control system automatically rejects the badges that have already registered entry to the event. Under no circumstances will access to the event be permitted to a person with a copy of the same badge. The owner is responsible for its proper use.
- The Organization of the event reserves the right of admission to the event to those who do not prove their status as professionals in the sector.
- The Organization of the event has full autonomy to void badges that contain incorrect or fake information.
- In order to supervise the badges and avoid misuse, identity checks will be made at the Corferias entrances, reason why an id will be asked for, with the purpose of checking that your identity matches with your badge.
- The badge is property of ANATO. It contains your encrypted information which can be given to the Exhibitors who have a data reader at their stand.
- Under no circumstances, will the access of minors be allowed.
