The Vitrina Turística of ANATO is Colombia’s leading professional tourism event and one of the most important business platforms in Latin America. Organized by the Colombian Association of Travel Agencies and Tourism – ANATO, since 1982 it has established itself as a key meeting point where major players from the national and international tourism industry build strategic partnerships, promote destinations, showcase new products and services, and strengthen business opportunities across the sector.
ANATO is a non-profit trade association founded on October 20, 1949, representing and promoting the interests of Travel Agencies and the tourism industry in Colombia. With a nationwide presence through its regional chapters, ANATO leads initiatives aimed at strengthening the industry, enhancing its competitiveness, and promoting its sustainable development.
Since the early 1990s, Bogotá has been the permanent host city of the ANATO Tourism Showcase, held annually at Corferias. Over three days, the event brings together national and international destinations, airlines, hotel chains, tour operators, government entities, technology companies, specialized media, and other tourism service providers, making it an ideal platform for promotion, commercialization, and business development.
Throughout more than four decades of history, the Vitrina Turística of ANATO has contributed to positioning Colombia as a tourism destination, promoting both inbound and outbound tourism, strengthening integration among the different stakeholders in the sector, and fostering commercial exchange between national and international markets.
