Thank you for your interest in participating in the VITRINA TURÍSTICA of ANATO as a Hosted Buyer. The event will take place from 25 to 27 February 2026 in Bogotá – Colombia. Please complete the form below so our team can contact you with further details.

Criteria for being a guest buyer

The Hosted Buyer Program of the Tourism Showcase is aimed at previously qualified travel industry professionals with purchasing authority and decision-making power. Buyers attend to explore new business opportunities, discover products and destinations, negotiate rates and packages, and establish strategic partnerships with event exhibitors.

Hold an executive or managerial position, or be a decision-maker in a company with a significant purchasing volume and recurring contracting of tourism services
Actively seek multiple categories of tourism products, such as accommodation, air transportation, tour packages, MICE, among others.
Remain at the trade show for the full duration of the Hosted Buyer Program.
Schedule and attend meetings with exhibitors through the official appointment scheduling system.
Not intend to sell or promote their own products or services during the event.

Buyer Commitments

As a Hosted Buyer, you agree to:

Attend a minimum of 8 pre-scheduled meetings per day with the 45 VITRINA TURÍSTICA of ANATO 2026 exhibitors (via our official matchmaking platform).
Be present and actively engaged during official show hours across all three days of the event.

Note: These commitments are mandatory to ensure a productive and rewarding experience for all participants.

Cancellation and Attendance Policy

If a buyer is unable to participate in the 45 VITRINA TURÍSTICA of ANATO 2026, they must notify the organizers by email at subdireccionreceptivo@anato.org no later than 6 of february 2026. Buyers who cancel after booking their flights or fail to attend the show will not be eligible for any travel reimbursement (Travel insurance purchase is recommended)^. These policies are in place to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the Hosted Buyer Program for all participants^.
