These credentials are valid during the assembly stage and will expire on February 24, 2026. All operators
building or decorating the stands must carry their credentials, which will be full responsibility of the exhibitingcompany. Credentials will be delivered to the stand manager only, in line with their needs, taking into account the surface area hired and the operator limit established by capacity.
Disassembly bagdes
Disassembly credentials must be worn by any staff members in charge of dismantling the stand who do not have exhibitor or service staff credentials. Credentials will be delivered according to the exhibitor´s needs, upon presentation pf the CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING and the exhibitor’s authorization. These credentials will be valid starting Saturday, February 28, 2026 only.
Observations:
- You may submit your requests for Exhibitor and Service Staff badges via the online form that can beaccessed by requesting the respective link in advance
- You may claim your event badges a few days before the event at the Organization’s offices, to avoid traffic. It is important to be in good standing, otherwise, badges cannot be issued.
- The exhibitor is obliged to attend their stand during the entire duration of VITRINA TURÍSTICA, i.e., from Wednesday February 25 to Friday 27during the official opening hours of the event. Failure to comply with these regulations could result in loss of preferential renewal rights for the allocated space.
- Checks will be conducted upon entry, to uphold the professional nature of the event.
- Badges are non-transferable. If a person is caught with an ID document that is not their own, the bearer will be removed from CORFERIAS and their credentials will be retained. In the event of misplacing or forgetting your badge, you will be required to pay COP$ 50.000 for an additional one.
