To check stand availability, please send your request to Showcase Management, providing the following information:
- Your business activity and a brief description of your company.
- Your space requirements in square meters (if already defined).

Exhibitors from 2025 edition will have 15 days from the official start of area allocation to reconfirm their interest in maintaining the space they occupied in the previous edition. This option is not subject to floor-plan changes, as significant adjustments to the overall event layout are currently under evaluation.

⚠️ Important: Please note that the overall distribution of stands (national and international) will be changed for the next edition.. Therefore, it will not be possible to guarantee the same location as in the 2025 edition
✅ STAND ALLOCATION
- Allocation Criteria
Stands will be allocated in strict order of request receipt, provided the following requirements are met:
- Submission of the completed and signed Participation Contract, together with the required documents.
- Payment in accordance with the established rates, conditions, and deadlines.

- Stand Confirmation
After receiving and accepting the “Participation Application,” the space will be assigned, and the location details, stand number, area, and value will be provided by email.

Please note that the Participation Contract and the Commitment Letter, which were sent by mail by the Legal Representative, must be completed and signed.
Assignments will be made in the order in which contracts are received and payments are completed.
📌 Important:
- Please specify the email address to which the invoice should be sent. If you require the purchase order number to be included, you must inform us in advance.
- Changes to the location or stand dimensions will be subject to availability and will be confirmed in writing, where possible.
- The organization reserves the right to modify the plans as necessary to meet the logistical or regulatory requirements.
Required documents:
✅ Participation Contract duly completed and signed by the Legal Representative.
✅ Copy of the Legal Representative’s identity document.
✅ The company’s Certificate of Incorporation and Legal Representation issued within the last three months (Chamber of Commerce).
✅ Tax Identification document issued in the country of origin.
✅ Counterparty Information Form completed and signed.
✅ Commitment Letter completed and signed.
✅ Copy of the payment or transfer receipt.

- Official Entities
Please be sure to complete the Participation Form and the Commitment Letter. If you need to formalize your participation through an official contract, it must be signed by November 30, 2025. Please include the legal documents, the Certificate of Budget Availability, and any applicable policies.
IMPORTANT: Event organizers will have full autonomy to make adjustments to the initial event floor plans due to marketing dynamics, space usage requirements, logistical needs, or provisions arising from current regulations.
💡 IT IS ESSENTIAL TO ATTACH A COPY OF THE DEPOSIT OR BANK TRANSFER RECEIPT FOR THE CONTRACT TO BE PROCESSED, OTHERWISE, THE STAND WILL BE CONSIDERED OUTSTANDING.
NOTE: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE ANY STAND RESERVATIONS.
