Musical performances or traditional bands (e.g. mariachis, jazz bands, drums, marching bands/parades, etc.), and hosting cocktail receptions or social events inside the exhibition areas are strictly prohibited, given the biosecurity measures in place.
For this reason, musical instruments may not be brought into the venue during the event.
Consequences of noncompliance:
The exhibitor must pay the Organization a penalty equivalent to five times the current minimum monthly legal wages in Colombia (SMLMV), or its equivalent in dollars.
Additionally, they will lose the right to be allocated space in future editions of the Vitrina.
TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THIS RULE, THE EXHIBITOR MUST SIGN A “COMMITMENT LETTER” ACCEPTING THESE CONDITIONS.
