Appointment scheduling

During the 45 edition of the VITRINA TURÍSTICA – ANATO, Exhibitors and Professional Visitors will be able to contact and request appointments in advance through a digital tool designed to optimize time and strengthen business networking during February 25, 26 and 27, 2026, at Corferias – Bogotá.

  • Log in to the system through the enabled access link.
  • On your first login, each participant must activate their user account using the information sent to the email address with which they were accredited for the event.
  • Once activated, you will be able to complete your profile and start managing your appointment schedule.

Profiling Process

  • On the first access, the system will guide you through an onboarding process to complete your profile.
  • You must review and complete your basic information, company profile and upload your company logo
  • The information registered will be processed through artificial intelligence, generating a summary visible to other participants, which will facilitate decision-making when scheduling meetings.

Key aspects of Appointment Scheduling

  • Platform for exclusive use by accredited Exhibitors and Professional Visitors.
  • According to your profile:
  • Exhibitors: will be able to request appointments with professional visitors and other exhibitors.
  • Professional Visitors: will be able to request appointments only with exhibitors. Each appointment will last 30 minutes.
  • Appointments may be accepted, rejected or cancelled directly from the platform.
  • Requests that remain pending for more than 5 calendar days will be automatically released.
  • When requesting an appointment, you may indicate the reason for the meeting, facilitating better preparation.
  • In the Agenda option, you may check the status of your appointments.
  • In My Restrictions, you may block time slots when you are not available.
  • The platform allows you to download and print the agenda in PDF format.
  • Once the appointment is confirmed, you may view the contact’s profile.
  • Meetings between exhibitors will take place at the stand of the exhibitor who receives and accepts the request.
  • Stand locations will be available in the Exhibitor Directory.
  • It is recommended to arrive on time to confirmed appointments.

  • If you do not wish to participate in the Appointment Scheduling Platform, please DO NOT activate your user account.
