Stand prices are established according to the square meters (m2) and type of participating exhibitor, as listed in the following table:

NOTE: Value-added Tax (19%) has not been included in the prices listed above
If you require custom-sized areas, the rate will be calculated as follows:
ANATO Member: COP $478.000 / m²
ANATO Non-Member: COP $870.000 / m²
Foreign Exhibitor: USD$ 364 / m²
The cost of the basic stand (9,00 m²) includes:
- Plywood paneling with white melamine casing.
- The exhibitor’s name is on the fascia board. / Exhibitor’s name on the ledge.
- One (1) electrical outlet (110 v DC).
- One (1) rectangular desk
- Three (3) standard chairs
⚠️Please note: The cost does not include custom designs or furniture beyond what is listed above.
⚠️The participation fee for the Vitrina Turística includes VAT (19%), in accordance with current Colombian regulations. According to Article 420 of the Tax Statute, the rental of spaces is considered a taxable service. This fee applies to all exhibitors, both national and international.
PAYMENT DEADLINES
Payment for the selected stand must be made, without exceptions, within fifteen (15) calendar days, starting on the date that the email is sent by the organization confirming the allocation of the stand(s).
In view of the deadline mentioned above, the following discounts or surcharges will apply. The defined payment periods will be taken into account for discounts, provided the stand is paid in full:

- The above rates apply only if full payment is made within the specified timeframe after receiving official confirmation of the assigned space from ANATO.
- The dates mentioned do not represent a payment deadline; rather, they determine the applicable rate.
- The organization will not hold spaces for more than 15 days.
- Conditions and restrictions apply.
PAYMENT TERMS AND DEADLINE
Once ANATO confirms the stand assignment via email, the exhibitor will have a maximum of 15 calendar days to make full payment for the assigned space.
⚠️ This deadline is mandatory, and no exceptions will be allowed.
- In order to validate the contract in the system, you must submit proof of payment, such as a deposit slip or bank transaction receipt. Without this document, the space will not be formally assigned.
- Official entities must submit a Budget Availability Certificate (CDP).
- Failure to make the payment within the deadlines established in the confirmation email, will result in the Exhibitor losing their rights over the requested space, which will be released and offered to other companies. Should this occur, please send a new request to consult availability.
- If payment is not made by the established deadline, the stand reservation will be automatically canceled, and the space will be made available to another company. In this case, you will need to submit a new request to inquire about current availability.

THE OCCUPATION OF EXHIBITION SPACE, OR THE ASSEMBLY OF STANDS, WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, UNTIL THE FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
